Meet Eisha Brear

Eisha is an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner and Inclusion Educator passionate about helping people understand behaviour as communication. She founded Lime Rainbow to bridge gaps in disability and inclusion support across Western Sydney and beyond.

Our Story

Lime Rainbow began with a vision to make high‑quality behavioural and inclusion supports more accessible, especially in regional and diverse communities. The name reflects our colourful approach to human difference, positivity, and growth.

We work closely with schools, families, and organisations to ensure holistic and coordinated support that’s practical and meaningful for every participant.
