As a Behaviour Support Practitioner; with a Bachelor of Education, First Aid Mental Health and 20+ years of lived experience, caring for others with special needs and mental illness is what Eisha loves. Eisha has held a variety of Disability & Inclusion Executive Teaching positions in both the public and private education systems. Eisha has extensive experience ensuring that individuals with complex needs are supported in all learning, social and community environments.

Behaviour Support Practitioner (P1990022)
Roanne is a Behaviour Support Practitioner and passionate inclusion advocate with over 10 years of experience supporting children and young people with complex disabilities, trauma backgrounds, and communication needs across public school and community settings in NSW. She brings a deep understanding of trauma-informed practice, classroom-based behavioural supports, and culturally responsive engagement with families and communities. Roanne has a strong foundation in Positive Behaviour Support, with experience in developing individualised strategies, conducting functional behaviour assessments, and working closely with allied health teams to support children with complex needs.

Tyler is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with Lime Rainbow, based in Inner West Sydney and supporting participants across the Sydney CBD, Inner West, South Sydney, and Western Sydney. He brings a diverse background across therapeutic, clinical, and community-based settings, including residential rehabilitation, assertive outreach, and medical coordination. His experience includes working with individuals with complex diagnoses, psychosocial disability, cognitive disability, neurodiversity, and forensic involvement. Tyler’s skillset spans counselling, case management, group facilitation, conflict de-escalation, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

April is a passionate and dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner at Lime Rainbow, who is based in Western Sydney. With extensive experience delivering specialised services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), April brings a deep commitment to person-centred, evidence-based behaviour support.
April has worked passionately across a range of roles in the disability sector, including as a Day Program Coordinator, SIL Operations Manager, and frontline support worker. April coordinates our operations team, maintaining quality and compliance across all of our services including Short and Medium Term Accommodation, Support Workers and Allied Health offerings.

Keely is a passionate inclusion advocate with over 10 years of experience supporting children and young people with complex disabilities, trauma backgrounds, and communication needs across public school and community settings in NSW. She brings over 7 years of Early Childhood experience as well as over 4 years working in schools directly. Keely brings a strong and diverse background in supporting children through to adulthood, with extensive experience assisting individuals with complex disabilities across home, school, and community settings. She specialises in engagement support, skill development, and person-centred interventions, working confidently with children, adolescents, and young adults to create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments.

Madison is a Behaviour Support Practitioner based in the North West and Hills Districts, known for her calm presence and genuine ability to connect with clients and their networks. She brings a compassionate, person-first approach, ensuring individuals feel understood, safe, and supported. Madison has experience supporting people of all ages with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, trauma, complex psychosocial disabilities, and mental health presentations like schizophrenia.
